7.Conduct & Behavior
Aroma Ocean Spa maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior.
Misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

9. Refunds
Services once taken are non-refundable.
Packages and promotions are non-refundable once purchased, even if used partially.
